How can I place an order?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently accept prepaid orders only.Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only to select Metro cities in India. Serviceable pin codes will be shown at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Do you accept returns?

Because we sell consumable food products, we do not accept general returns.

However, we do accept return/replacement/refund requests only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The package is tampered with
  • You received a wrong item

How soon must I report a problem?

You must report any eligible issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photos/videos of the issue.

Requests after 48 hours may not be eligible.
