This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from boringfoodscompany.com, operated by Agsto Foods Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage (METRO CITIES ONLY)

We currently deliver only to select Metro cities in India, subject to courier service availability.

Serviceable locations will be automatically reflected at checkout based on your pin code.
 If your pin code is not serviceable, you will not be able to place an order.

We do not currently deliver to non-metro, rural, or remote locations.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals, strikes, or government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to specific terms and minimum order values, as communicated on the website at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

  • Email and/or

  • SMS (where applicable)

You may track your order directly through the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Prepaid Orders Only (NO COD)

All orders on our website are accepted on a prepaid basis only.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, any re-shipping will be subject to additional shipping charges.
 If a refund is requested, it will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered

Please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us at team@boringfoodscompany.com with clear photographic evidence.

If a package is accepted without objection, claims for transit damage may not be entertained.

9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact number

  • Pin code

are entered accurately at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

10. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in partial shipments due to product availability. There will be no additional shipping charge for partial deliveries.

11. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
