Simple Ways to Use Power-Packed Ingredients

Boring staples, anything-but-boring in the glass. Easy, everyday ways to get turmeric, moringa, and ashwagandha into your routine — no chef skills required.

Lakadong Turmeric

9% curcumin + black pepper — immunity, anti-inflammation, gut support. Typical daily use is 1–2 teaspoons.

Turmeric Lemonade

Turmeric Lemonade

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Lakadong turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 ml cold water

Method

Mix turmeric, salt and pepper with the lemon juice thoroughly. Add to a glass of iced water, stir, and enjoy.

Optional: add some carbonated water for an extra refreshing kick.

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Lakadong turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 ml lukewarm water

Method

Pour your turmeric and lemon juice into warm water. Mix and sip away for a morning detox.

Moringa Latte

Ingredients

  • 90 ml cold milk of choice (oat for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • Sweetener of choice (fresh strawberries or vanilla essence)

Method

Mix your moringa powder with 2 teaspoons of water to create a concentrate. Add the concentrate to your milk, then add sweetener and froth to combine well.

Moringa Buttermilk

Moringa Buttermilk

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 5–6 tbsp (80 ml) yogurt
  • A few splashes of water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined. Pour into a glass, add ice, and enjoy.

Moringa Overnight Oats

Moringa Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp moringa
  • 3–4 spoons Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 3 almonds + 3 walnuts, chopped

Method

Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix till combined. Leave overnight to chill and enjoy.

Moringa Rotis & Dosas

Moringa Rotis & Dosas

Ingredients

  • Your regular atta or dosa batter
  • 2–3 tsp moringa powder (per 4–5 rotis or dosas)

Method

Take your regular atta or dosa batter and add 2–3 teaspoons of moringa powder for 4–5 rotis or dosas. Adjust the amount depending on the quantity of atta.

Ashwagandha

Helps regulate cortisol — stress balance, better sleep, muscle recovery. Earthy and neutral. Start with ½ teaspoon.
