RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. No General Returns for Food Products (Category-Specific Rule)
Due to the nature of our products being consumable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

6. Replacement vs Refund
Once a claim is approved:
- Replacement will be delivered in 7 business days for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Transit-damaged shipment (where stock is available)
- Refund will be initiated when:
- The replacement product is unavailable
- The product is deemed unfit for consumption
- The same issue occurs again in a replacement order
7. Return Pickup (If Applicable)
If a physical return is required:

8. Refund Processing Timelines

9. Prepaid Orders Only
All orders on our website are prepaid only.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

10. Orders Returned Due to Customer Error
